We usually deliver on time, but we cannot always guarantee punctuality. When the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email stating the estimated delivery date.
We are currently unable to deliver our products in countries in Africa, Middle East and some areas in Asia.
Deliveries are made between Monday-Friday and never on Public Holidays. Bear in mind that deliveries are made in normal working hours; it is therefore a good idea to use an address where someone can collect your delivery.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorization, and that you are available to accept the delivery.
We do not split deliveries following our environmental and ecofriendly business policy. If one of the items ordered is out of stock we will inform you by e-mail and you can decide if you want to wait until we have all your parcel ready to send or only send the items in stock. We praise for your understanding, and allow us a few more working days for delivery.
If you are not in when we attempt delivery, our delivery partners will leave you a notice so that you can pick up your parcel at the local post office or arrange a revisit. This policy depends on the country of delivery.
The delivery charge will be applied according to the total weight of your delivery. The delivery charge will be displayed at the checkout on the order summary page.
We aim to deliver as specified in the table above, however:
Delivery at some countries can take up to 30 days due to special local custom’s legislation.
Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries.
Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.
