Return Policies

Return and Exchange policies:

 

We love you to love our products, so if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the garments you have purchased, you have 15 calendar days from the day of the purchase, to return them.

 

Please follow these procedures to correctly go through the return process:

  • Complete the returns form. Log in to our website, go to “Return Policies” and click on “Return Form” to download this from our web site.
  • The Return Form must be included inside the return package. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with a completed return form.
  • Include also the purchase’s invoice in order to process the return.
  • Ship the items to the address on our return form.
  • Please use a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.
  • Packages must be returned with the shipment prepaid.

 

Returns will only be accepted if they comply with the following requirements:

  • Only underwear returned in the closed original package.
  • Items that have not been washed or used in any way.
  • Items that are in the exact condition as when purchased, with the original label attached.
  • The complete product. This applies to pairs or items sold in packs where the complete pack must be returned. For example, you must return both items in a pair or all 3 bodies in the pack.
  • All promotional offers must be returned in full. For example, if you buy an item under a promotion that states a discount price only if you buy a certain amount of items or certain items together, then you must return all the products in the order.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores.

 

If a returned article does not comply with these requirements, we will not refund you and the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.

 

Receiving your refund or exchange:

 

  • Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
  • If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • You will receive information via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional days to process and apply this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
  • In addition, your credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing.
  • Your return price will be the same as in your invoice. If the product you bought was on sale on the date of your purchase, you will be returned the sale’s price, the same amount you payed.
  • If you wish to exchange a product and now this product is on sale, then the value of that product at the time of return will be use, and not the value of the product at invoice.
  • Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent. This cost will not be covered by us.
  • We cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.
  • Any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded.

 

Please note merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
